AWS cli: ElastiCache complete-migration CLI reference adds serverless cache support
Summary
Regenerates the AWS CLI reference for `elasticache complete-migration` (version bump 2.38.2 -> 2.38.3). Makes `--replication-group-id` optional, adds the new `--serverless-cache-name` parameter, and documents the new `ServerlessCache` response structure including KMS key ID, storage encryption type, security group IDs, subnet IDs, network type, and connection type (vpc/public).
Security assessment
The diff is an auto-generated CLI/API reference update, not a fix for a specific vulnerability. It does add security-relevant documentation: the KmsKeyId field, StorageEncryptionType (sse-elasticache vs sse-kms, noting serverless caches are always encrypted at rest), SecurityGroupIds, SubnetIds, NetworkType (ipv4/ipv6/dual_stack) and ConnectionType (vpc/public), which describe encryption-at-rest and network exposure configuration for serverless caches.
Evidence
>> The ID of the Amazon Web Services Key Management Service (KMS) key that is used to encrypt data at rest in the serverless cache.
