AWS cli: Document ec2DeploymentOptions in deploy batch-get-deployments output
Summary
Adds reference documentation for the new ec2DeploymentOptions structure returned by batch-get-deployments, including the autoScalingGroupProcessesToSuspend list (Terminate, AZRebalance, InstanceRefresh, ScheduledActions) and a note that the deployment group's service role must have autoscaling:SuspendProcesses/ResumeProcesses permissions, plus a warning that suspended processes stay suspended if resume fails. Also bumps the CLI version footer from 2.38.1 to 2.38.2.
Security assessment
The added text documents the IAM permissions the CodeDeploy service role requires for the new suspend/resume behavior and warns about the operational risk of leaving Auto Scaling processes (e.g. Terminate) suspended. This is permission/operational guidance, not a fix for a specific vulnerability or incident.
Evidence
>>>> The service role for the deployment group must have permission to call `autoscaling:SuspendProcesses` and `autoscaling:ResumeProcesses` on the target Auto Scaling groups. If the processes cannot be suspended, the deployment fails before any instance is updated.
