AWS securityhub: Add CRI Profile v2.2 mappings to ElastiCache Security Hub controls

Summary

Appends CRI Profile v2.2 requirement identifiers (e.g., PR.DS-01.01, PR.DS-02.01, PR.AA-03.01, PR.IR-01.01) to the 'Related requirements' lines of multiple ElastiCache Security Hub CSPM controls, including at-rest encryption, in-transit encryption, Redis AUTH, automatic backups, and minor version upgrades. No control logic or guidance text changed.

Security assessment

The only change is the addition of CRI Profile v2.2 framework identifiers to existing compliance-mapping metadata lines; the underlying controls (encryption at rest/in transit, AUTH, backups) and their descriptions are unchanged, so this is a compliance-mapping update with no new security guidance or vulnerability fix.
