AWS imagebuilder: Add PowerShell example for getting image policy details
Summary
Renames the image policy section and adds an AWS Tools for PowerShell example for Get-EC2IBImagePolicy; also updates the Amazon Inspector getting-started link.
Security assessment
The added cmdlet documents how to retrieve an image policy, which helps inspect access-control configuration. It does not fix a vulnerability or incident.
Evidence
+The following example shows how to use the [Get-EC2IBImagePolicy](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/powershell/latest/reference/items/Get-EC2IBImagePolicy.html) cmdlet to get the details of an image policy with its ARN:
