AWS imagebuilder: Correct supported OS lists and JSON examples in AWSTOE action modules
Summary
Removes Windows from the supported-platform annotations for CreateSymlink, SetFileOwner, SetFolderOwner, SetFilePermissions, and SetFolderPermissions action modules, fixes smart/curly quotes to straight quotes in JSON output examples, and corrects a sample destination path in the CreateFolder output example.
Security assessment
The change only corrects platform-support labels (dropping Windows) for file permission/ownership action modules and fixes malformed JSON quoting in examples. It does not describe a vulnerability, incident, or new security control, so it is a documentation accuracy fix with no direct security impact.
Evidence
+ * SetFilePermissions (Linux, macOS)
