AWS imagebuilder: Fix typos and swap Linux/Windows SCAP component names in STIG page
Summary
Corrects a spelling error ("aplicable" to "applicable") in the STIG component Level parameter description and fixes two changelog entries where the scap-compliance-checker-linux and scap-compliance-checker-windows component names were swapped.
Security assessment
The only changes are a spelling correction and a correction of which SCAP compliance checker component (linux vs windows) is listed in the release history. No new security guidance, control, or vulnerability fix is introduced; the STIG/SCAP content itself is unchanged.
