AWS eks: IAM policy examples: update Resources tab wording to Resources page
Summary
Revises the example console-viewing policy note to reference the Resources page instead of the Overview and Resources tabs, while retaining the note that Kubernetes permissions are also required.
Security assessment
Wording-only change to an example least-privilege IAM policy note; the permissions model (requiring Kubernetes RBAC in addition to IAM) is unchanged, so there is no new or fixed security issue.

+The following example policy allows a principal to view information on the **Configuration** tab in the console. To view information on the **Resources** page in the AWS Management Console, the principal also needs Kubernetes permissions.
