AWS eks: Hybrid nodes prep: update navigation to Access entries tab
Summary
Updates the console navigation to reach access entries (left navigation pane, Access, then Access entries tab) for the HYBRID_LINUX access entry type.

Only the console path for creating access entries is updated; no authorization rule, policy, or permission semantics change.
