Summary

Changes the instructions for finding the cluster's OpenID Connect provider URL from the Overview tab Details section to the Cluster info panel.

Security assessment

Only the console location of the OIDC provider URL is updated; the IRSA trust configuration guidance itself is unchanged, so there is no security impact.
