AWS cognito: Update SDK doc links and user pools wording
Summary
Updates links to the JavaScript SDK v3 and .NET SDK v4 setup/credentials-provider pages, rewords the user pools reference to 'Authenticating users with Amazon Cognito user pools', and renames a nav entry to 'Switching identities'.
Security assessment
The changes are link retargeting to newer SDK major versions plus editorial wording/nav updates. No security feature, vulnerability, or credential-handling guidance is added or changed.
