AWS sagemaker: Bump RStudio on SageMaker AI to Posit Workbench 2026.08.2+200.pro1
Summary
Updates the RStudio on SageMaker AI version guide from `2025.05.1+513.pro3` to `2026.08.2+200.pro1`: new default/launch dates, supported R versions, deprecation dates, per-Region image ARNs (2025/2026 columns), BYOI `RSW_VERSION` example, and rewords version-mismatch and BYOI guidance. The `2024.04.2+764.pro1` version is moved into the deprecated/unsupported list.
Security assessment
This is a routine product/version lifecycle update (new Posit Workbench release, new image ARNs, shifted deprecation dates).
