AWS AmazonRDS: Update Babelfish limitation wording and add Iceberg/Parquet link
Summary
Removes the 'Aurora serverless and provisioned' qualifier from the RDS Data API limitation and the 'RDS for SQL Server' qualifier from the RDS Proxy limitation, and adds a link to the Querying Iceberg and Parquet data topic.
Security assessment
The edits only broaden/clean up feature-compatibility limitation wording and add a cross-reference link; there is no mention of vulnerabilities, credentials, encryption, or access control.
