AWS eks: Add g7 instance support and NVIDIA driver 595 note for Bottlerocket AMIs
Summary
Adds the g7 instance type (EKS 1.37+) to the Bottlerocket x86_64 aws-k8s-nvidia AMI support list and clarifies NVIDIA driver 580 support range plus driver 595 for g7 on 1.37+.
