AWS redshift: Bump Redshift ODBC driver 2.x Linux downloads to version 2.2.4.0
Summary
Updates all Linux ODBC driver download links, artifact signature key (.pem) and signed hash (.bin) links, plus the example openssl verification commands, from version 2.2.3.0 to 2.2.4.0 for x86_64, aarch64, amd64 and arm64 RPM/DEB packages.
Security assessment
The diff is purely a version bump: URLs, certificate/signature artifact filenames and the example openssl verification commands all move from 2.2.3.0 to 2.2.4.0. The artifact-signing verification procedure already existed and is not altered, and no CVE or specific vulnerability is cited, so no concrete security fix is evidenced.
