AWS redshift: Correct tabletype value for Iceberg materialized views in SVV_EXTERNAL_TABLES
Summary
Updates the tabletype column description and example to use 'EXTERNAL TABLE' instead of 'MATERIALIZED VIEW' for Iceberg materialized views, and notes that such views are enumerated only for external schemas, not awsdatacatalog or S3 Tables catalogs.
