AWS pinpoint: Add NumberPreference parameter to RequestPhoneNumber
Summary
Adds the optional NumberPreference request parameter (array of NumberPreferenceItem with Filter and PreferenceType) allowing selection of a phone number matching a digit pattern; limited to TEN_DLC requests in the US.
Security assessment
Documents a new phone-number selection input; it is a functional capability and does not describe credentials, permissions, encryption, or a fixed vulnerability.
