AWS pcs: Clarify AWS Region substitution in AWS PCS agent install commands
Summary
Rewrites the agent installation walkthrough so that the placeholder is `us-east-1` (in the literal S3 hostnames/URLs) instead of `region`, updating the curl/wget examples for the agent tarball, GPG public key, and signature file, and the accompanying explanatory sentences.
Security assessment
The change only replaces a generic `region` placeholder with the concrete `us-east-1` example in URLs and prose for downloading the AWS PCS agent; it alters no security behavior and introduces no new controls. The surrounding page already covers GPG key fingerprint checks and tarball signature verification, but this diff adds none of that content.
