AWS odb: Document creating Exascale VM clusters on a shared storage vault
Summary
Adds a new section describing how a trusted account can create Exascale VM clusters on a shared Exascale storage vault, including console steps and an AWS CLI example with the vault ARN and SSH public keys.
Security assessment
This is a how-to for consuming a shared resource; it touches cross-account access and includes an SSH public key in the example, but it documents functionality rather than addressing a vulnerability.
Evidence
+If your trusted account has access to a shared Exascale storage vault and ODB network, you can create Exascale VM clusters that use the shared Exascale storage vault. This separates storage ownership from compute. Multiple trusted accounts can then run Exascale VM clusters against the same shared Exascale storage vault.
