AWS mediaconnect: Rename OutputBitrate metric to OutputBitRate and add units
Summary
Corrected the CloudWatch metric name from OutputBitrate to OutputBitRate in output-health tables and notes, and added 'Units: Count' to the OutputConnectedReceivers, OutputGeneratedAudioSamples, and OutputGeneratedVideoFrames metric descriptions.
