AWS m2: Add ICETOOLS and memory allocation error codes
Summary
Adds new error codes BA-U6001 through BA-U6003 for ICETOOLS COUNT operations and BA-U7001 through BA-U7003 for unsupported or misused memory allocation routines.
Security assessment
The added codes document ICETOOLS COUNT failures and memory allocation argument errors. While memory handling can be security-relevant, this is purely descriptive error-code documentation with no vulnerability, CVE, or hardening guidance.
