AWS m2: Update Redis runtime error code messages and add new codes
Summary
Rewrites and expands the Redis-related runtime error code table (BA-R0002 through BA-R5065), adding parameterized messages, new codes (BA-R0080, BA-R1502, BA-R1733, BA-R2305/2306, BA-R3235/3236, BA-R5065), and clarifying troubleshooting text.
Security assessment
