AWS lightsail: Add distribution response fields incl. private origin access
Summary
Added new response fields to the GetDistributions example, including customErrorResponses, defaultRootObject, and isPrivateOriginAccessEnabled on the Origin type, plus the Boto3 link label update.
Security assessment
The added isPrivateOriginAccessEnabled field documents a control that restricts origin access to the distribution, a security-relevant configuration, but it is only a schema/example addition with no vulnerability fix.
