Summary
Updated per-second rate quotas for numerous Amazon Connect API operations (e.g., GetCurrentMetricData, GetMetricDataV2, ListDataTables, SendIntegrationEvent), mostly increasing limits and a few decreasing (ListIntegrationAssociations).
Security assessment
The diff only adjusts service quota values (requests per second) for Amazon Connect APIs. These are throughput/rate-limit tuning changes with no mention of vulnerabilities, credentials, encryption, or access control, so they are not security-related.
