AWS eventbridge: Add Custom Event Bus endpoints and security nav link
Summary
Replaced the single event bus endpoint row with separate 'Custom Event Bus' (eventsv2 endpoints) and 'Custom Event Bus - Classic' rows, and changed navigation entries to include 'Security and vulnerability analysis' and 'Tags'.
Security assessment
Documents new dual-stack/FIPS regional endpoints (eventsv2) for a distinct Custom Event Bus; endpoint/FIPS changes have network security relevance but this is informational endpoint reference, not a fix or vulnerability disclosure.
