AWS eks: Clarify DRA support and kernel versions for UltraServers
Summary
Updates the P6e-GB200 UltraServers page to state DRA is supported with Karpenter static capacity provisioning, managed node groups, and self-managed nodes but not EKS Auto Mode or Karpenter dynamic provisioning, and adds kernel 6.18 to the AMI component table.
