AWS connect: Bulk user edit confirmation prompts and access-restriction warnings
Summary
Documents new confirmation dialogs for bulk user selections and saves, an acknowledgment checkbox, a banner reporting how many users a change applies to and which are excluded due to access restrictions, and a Preferences dialog to turn confirmation prompts on/off.
