AWS connect: Rename Audit table column and filter labels in Connect admin guide

Updates UI label names in the Audit documentation: navigation path changed to 'Workspace settings', and table/filter column names renamed (Description→Event, Source→Event source, Action→Event type, Timestamp→Time, Date range→Start/End time, User→Principal email, Action type→Event type, Event type→Event name).
