AWS cloudwatch: Document supported resource types for telemetry discovery
Summary
Expanded the ResourceTypes parameter description to enumerate currently supported resource types (EC2 Instance/VPC, Lambda, EKS, WAFv2 WebACL, NLB) and updated the SDK link label and navigation.
Security assessment
