AWS aurora-dsql: Rewrite Aurora DSQL AI steering docs: plugins, skills, powers
Summary
Reorganizes the Aurora DSQL AI steering guide around a `databases-on-aws` plugin (installable in Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor), the standalone `dsql` skill via the Skills CLI, and the Kiro Power. Replaces earlier per-assistant sections (Claude Skill, Gemini Skill, Codex Skill) and the git sparse-clone/symlink setup with plugin marketplace and `npx skills add/update` instructions.
Security assessment
The change is limited to developer tooling and AI-assistant setup instructions (plugins, skills, MCP configuration pointers). No authentication, encryption, credential handling, IAM, or vulnerability remediation content is added or altered.
