Summary

Updates the base image release/version history: bumps image build dates to 08-31-2026 across Windows, RHEL8, Rocky Linux 8, and graphics (G4dn/G5/G6/G7) variants, refreshes component tables (kernel 4.18.0-553.156.1, NVIDIA driver 595.91.07/596.86, SSM Agent 3.3.4851.0, CloudWatch Agent, NICE/Amazon DCV Server 2026.0, AWS CLI 2.36.x, PV/ENA/NVMe drivers), adds G7 instance-family support, adds new 08/31/2026 and 04/16/2026 release-note entries, and moves EOL notices (Graphics Pro, Graphics Design, Amazon Linux 2) into the deprecated-images section.

Security assessment

The diff is a routine release/version-history refresh: dates, image names, and component version numbers (kernel, NVIDIA/ENA/PV/NVMe drivers, SSM/CloudWatch agents, DCV Server) are bumped, and EOL notes for retired images are relocated. No vulnerability, advisory, CVE id, or security control is named, and no credential/authz/encryption behavior is documented, so the patch-level updates are only implicitly security-adjacent.
