AWS IAM: Add Network Security Manager service list link; fix EventBridge list link
Summary
Adds a new link to the AWS Network Security Manager (network-security-manager) service list and repoints the Amazon EventBridge entry from ./list_events.html to ./list_eventbridge.html.
Security assessment
The only change with a security-relevant service name is a new documentation cross-reference link to a service's action/resource/condition-key reference page; the other edit is a broken-link fix. No policy semantics, permissions, or guidance are altered, so there is no concrete vulnerability evidence.
