AWS AmazonRDS: Documented Multi-AZ support for SQL Server Developer Edition
Summary
Added statements that Developer Edition supports single-AZ and Multi-AZ deployments (with 2025 SQL Server Multi-AZ limited to Enterprise Developer Edition), added a Zurich region and a HA/failover testing use case, and removed Multi-AZ from the limitations list while keeping the read replica restriction.
