Corrects the documented default value of the log_line_prefix parameter (from '%t:%r:%u@%d:%p]:' to '%t:%r:%u@%d:[%p]:') in two locations and rewords the pgaudit.log_relation description, replacing 'etc.' with 'and so on'.
