Summary

Adds AWS SDK code example links for newer CloudWatch actions (DeleteAlarmMuteRule, Get/List/PutAlarmMuteRule, DescribeAlarmContributors, Get/Start/StopOTelEnrichment) and swaps DeleteAlarms for DeleteAlarmMuteRule in the popular-actions list.

Security assessment

Purely an index/navigation update to the CloudWatch code examples page; the added links cover alarm mute rule and OpenTelemetry enrichment APIs but document no vulnerability, permission boundary, or security control.
