AWS AWSEC2: Clarify future-dated reservation postponement and link text
Summary
Adds a note that a future-dated Capacity Reservation start date can be postponed before capacity delivery (possibly requiring additional commitment), and renames the modify link from 'active' to general.
Security assessment
