Summary
Renamed file and updated internal links. Removed anchor links from section lists and made minor editorial changes including contraction updates, terminology adjustments, and formatting fixes.
Security assessment
The changes are primarily editorial and structural (renaming, link updates, formatting). The only security-related content ('Post-migration cleanup is also a good security practice...') existed previously and was not modified. No new security documentation was added, and there's no evidence of addressing a specific vulnerability.
