Summary
Reformatted alarm configuration tables: added bold headers and adjusted value formatting for consistency.
Security assessment
Changes are purely presentational (table formatting improvements). Monitoring thresholds and security guidance remain unchanged. No evidence of vulnerability fixes or new security features. CloudHSM monitoring context is unchanged.
