AWS m2 documentation change
Summary
Updated service availability notice to announce closure of new customer access to AWS Mainframe Modernization self-managed experience effective July 30, 2026, and added that AWS will continue security and availability improvements for self-managed experience without new features. Also restructured the existing notice about Managed Runtime Environment.
