Summary
Updated documentation formatting and simplified table structure. Changed 'Notice' to 'Note' and fixed a title typo ('App' to 'Application'). Maintained all technical content but removed redundant line breaks.
Security assessment
The changes are purely cosmetic and organizational. No security vulnerabilities, weaknesses, or incidents are referenced. The existing 'Data sovereignty support' capability (which relates to compliance) was preserved but not modified.
