AWS cli documentation change
Summary
Updated CLI version to 2.35.8, restructured ASN documentation with new 4-byte ASN handling rules, and added 'rateLimit' field for virtual interface bandwidth allocation.
Security assessment
Changes clarify technical limitations of ASN handling and add bandwidth configuration. No evidence of security fixes or vulnerability mitigation. The 4-byte ASN error handling prevents misconfiguration but isn't security-focused.
