Added 'allowedWorkloadConfiguration' structure to authorizerConfiguration defining workload invocation restrictions

Security assessment

The added configuration enforces security boundaries by restricting target invocations to specific workloads. The ARN validation and identity pattern constraints ([A-Za-z0-9_.-]+) mitigate risks of injection attacks and unauthorized access through strict input validation.
