Summary

Updated AWS CLI version references from 2.35.3 to 2.35.5 and rearranged CLI input parameter documentation

Security assessment

The changes only update version numbers and reorganize existing CLI parameter documentation. There's no evidence of security vulnerability fixes, new security features, or security-related content changes.
