Summary
Updated AWS CLI version from 2.35.3 to 2.35.5 and repositioned CLI input format options
Security assessment
Despite involving token issuers (security-sensitive component), changes are superficial formatting adjustments. No modifications to token validation, trust policies, or security configurations. Version update doesn't reference security fixes.
