Updated AWS CLI version from 2.35.3 to 2.35.5 and repositioned CLI input format options

Security assessment

Version bump indicates standard documentation update. Repositioning of CLI input flags doesn't alter security semantics or address vulnerabilities. No evidence of security fixes or new security documentation.
