AWS cli documentation change

Service: cli · 2026-06-16 · Documentation low

File: cli/latest/reference/kms/list-key-rotations.md

Summary

Updated CLI version references from 2.35.3 to 2.35.5 and reorganized --cli-input-json/--cli-input-yaml parameter documentation

Security assessment

The modifications are administrative updates to documentation structure and version numbers. The existing warning about binary value handling in JSON inputs remains unchanged and doesn't represent a new security concern.
