Summary

Updated CLI version from 2.35.3 to 2.35.5 and repositioned --cli-input-json/--cli-input-yaml flag documentation

Security assessment

Version update and documentation reorganization of CLI input flags. SSH key management is security-related, but these changes don't alter security guidance or address vulnerabilities. No new security documentation added.
