Summary

Updated AWS CLI version reference from 2.35.3 to 2.35.5 and moved --cli-input-json/--cli-input-yaml flag descriptions to a different section.

Security assessment

Version update and documentation reorganization don't indicate security fixes. Policy listing functionality remains unchanged with no references to vulnerabilities or security improvements.
