Summary

Updated CLI version from 2.35.3 to 2.35.5 and repositioned '--cli-input-json | --cli-input-yaml' option in documentation

Security assessment

The changes only update version numbers and reorganize existing CLI option documentation. There are no references to vulnerabilities, security incidents, or new security features. The option repositioning doesn't alter security functionality or recommendations.
