AWS rtb-fabric documentation change
Summary
Updated monitoring documentation: removed CloudWatch EC2 example, added RTB Fabric vended logs details, restructured CloudWatch Logs/CloudTrail sections, removed EventBridge reference, and updated section header.
Security assessment
Changes focus on feature updates (vended logs) and content reorganization. No evidence of security vulnerability fixes. Logging additions support general monitoring but aren't explicitly security features.
