AWS govcloud-us documentation change
Summary
Simplified section titles and removed redundant region references. Updated multiple S3 feature limitations by removing explicit AWS GovCloud (US) region mentions while maintaining unavailability status.
Security assessment
Editorial changes without security implications. The MFA delete modification maintains existing security limitation documentation but doesn't address vulnerabilities or add new security features. All changes maintain previous security posture documentation.
